Acceptance of Terms

V2100 Studio provides a cloud-based AI platform for generating videos, images, and media content from text prompts and images using advanced generative AI models including diffusion models and transformers. Core features include text-to-video, image-to-video, text-to-image generation, AI voiceover integration, and content management. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform at any time. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to impose usage limits or throttle access to ensure fair usage across all users.
User Accounts and Registration
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 13 years of age (16 in the European Economic Area) to use the Platform. We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion. You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or restrictions. Any violation of these Terms may result in immediate termination without refund.
User Content and Intellectual Property

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of our proprietary technology. AI-generated content may inadvertently resemble existing copyrighted works. You use generated content at your own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring it does not infringe any third-party rights.
Prohibited Uses and Conduct
You agree NOT to use the Platform for any of the following prohibited activities: (a) generating or uploading illegal content; (b) content promoting violence, terrorism, or self-harm; (c) hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content; (d) sexually explicit or pornographic material; (e) fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading content; (f) content that infringes intellectual property rights; (g) uploading malware, viruses, or harmful code; (h) attempting to access unauthorized systems or data; (i) automated scraping or data mining without written permission; (j) commercial resale of Platform access without authorization; (k) reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Platform; (l) interfering with or disrupting Platform operations or servers. Violations will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement authorities. We reserve the right to monitor content for compliance but are not obligated to do so.
Third-Party Services and Google AdSense
Our Platform integrates with third-party services to enhance your experience. Specifically, we use Google AdSense to display advertisements and Google Analytics for anonymous usage analysis. The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. In no event shall our total liability exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months or one hundred US dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some exclusions may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless V2100 Studio, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights; (d) any content you submit, upload, or generate using the Platform; or (e) your violation of any applicable law or regulation. We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with our defense.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any provision of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease, and we may delete or remove your content without any obligation to retain or provide copies. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action. You expressly waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration. You also waive your right to a trial by jury. If you are a resident of the European Union, nothing in this section affects your right to bring proceedings in your local courts under applicable consumer protection laws.
